Our History

LDA HELP INC., under the leadership of Elias DeHerrera and Camelia DeHerrera, has been proudly serving the community for more than 35 years. They are authorized to provide legal document preparation services and are registered and bonded in the County of Santa Clara.
Elias and Camelia can speak both English and Spanish. In 1987, they founded D&C Paralegal Service in San Jose, CA (Santa Clara County) and later changed the name to D&C LDA HELP.
They opened their second office in California, bringing their years of professional, personal, and qualified experience. They helped thousands of self-represented individuals complete and file their legal documents according to their specific needs.
